Our rates are not the cheapest you will find, but neither are they the most expensive. We offer a unique, beautiful, well above average home, of which we are rightly proud, and for which we charge a fair rate. If you are looking for an 'economy' home, then we probably can't help you. On the other hand if you are looking for a 'special' home to make your Florida vacation truly magical, you have come to the right place.

The prices are per week and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £105/$175/€175 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £65/$100/€100. For bookings of 21 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £200/$300/€300 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
