The master bathroom has been tastefully re-designed to allow wheelchair access into a spacious roll-in shower. Ceramic tiled floor, hairdryer. It has a "his and hers" double basin, the vanity unit will allow a wheelchair user to sit right up to the sink and still be able to get their knees under the work surface and all taps are leaver operated. A shower seat to be included along with a fully adjustable shower rose that can be set to any height or hand held as required. All the controls set at a height suitable for either disabled or able bodied guests. There is a spacious toilet area that has been designed for easy access and use and a separate bath. Grab and support handles have been installed around the Shower and the Toilet to aid and assist wheelchair users in their independence. There is also direct access from here to the covered lanai and swimming pool which is fitted with a child alarm.
