Our villa is designed with the disabled Wheelchair User in mind. All external door access are ramped and internal doors are widened to accommodate wheelchairs, light switches and power sockets are conveniently located at heights to be equally accessible by both the able bodied as well as our guests in wheelchairs. The master bathroom has been tastefully re-designed to allow wheelchair access into a spacious roll-in shower. The vanity unit will allow a wheelchair user to sit right up to the sink and still be able to get their knees under the work surface and all taps are leaver operated. A shower seat to be included along with a fully adjustable shower rose that can be set to any height or hand held as required. All the controls set at a height suitable for either disabled or able bodied guests. There is a spacious toilet area that has been designed for easy access and use. Grab and support handles have been installed around the Shower and the Toilet to aid and assist wheelchair users in their independence.
With 40 Million visitors a year there are hundreds of hotels in the area, so there is plenty of hotel accommodation to choose from, but by far the best way of visiting Orlando is to have your own luxury Villa, particularly if you are traveling as a family or with friends and relatives. Not only does it make good financial sense, but having your own villa gives you so much more freedom, space and privacy, and will enable you to relax with all the comforts of home around you. Hotels in the Disney area can be very expensive; in fact you will probably pay the same price for one person as you would for the entire villa for up to 10 people! With our Villa you'll get 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge, a fully equipped Kitchen, garage and all the home comforts, 3 TV's, Video, Hi-fi, Xbox games console washing machine etc. Just having your own fridge means that you can enjoy a cold drink whenever you want it at minimal cost, you can have a cup of tea or coffee made with real milk, your children can enjoy their breakfast cereals, all the things you take for granted at home but which become impossible in a hotel room. There will be no one living above or below you, and Mum and Dad won't have to share a room with the children. Your pool and spa are just the other side of your patio door not 8 floors below, and they are private. There really is no comparison! Disney Hotels offer some advantages over standard hotels, but at a very heavy price, not only is your accommodation expensive, but having to always eat within Disney can prove very expensive. There is also so much more to the Orlando area than Disneyworld, but unfortunately many Disney Hotel guests never get to see it.
Our villa is new completed March 2003, ceramic tiled floors, interior design throughout, fully colour coordinated decoration and furniture. The villa is located less than 3.5 miles from Disney and has facilities such as tennis courts, soccer pitch, basketball court and a kid's play area. No expense has been spared furnishing the villa, so you will be living in luxury throughout your stay. Once you've stayed at the villa we're sure you'll be back or recommend us to your friends and family.
14 days is the minimum we would advise UK visitors to spend in Orlando on their first trip, there is just so much to see and do. 7 days is nowhere near enough. We estimate the average family could easily spend 15-20 days just visiting the main headline attractions, without any shopping or rest days, and you would need to be superhuman to be able to 'do the parks' everyday. We suggest pacing yourself by alternating action park visits with rest/shopping/more relaxing days. If you can spend longer than 14 days in Orlando it will probably pay you to do so. 21 day flights can be bought for a similar price to 14 day ones, and occasionally they are even cheaper. Even with the extra 7 days villa and car rental this precious extra time will cost you relatively little extra. However, long you stay, be prepared to go home exhausted and poorer but with beaming smiles on your faces. 14 days will get you nicely warmed up for your return visit. Hopefully I've convinced you that you must visit Orlando, turn the dream into a reality.
The villa holds 8 people in 4 bedrooms comfortably, plus a baby in the cot/crib supplied.
The villa is only 3.5 miles from Walt Disney World which is the closest residential community to these theme parks. Sea World is 10 minutes away and Universal 20 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!
Within just a two minute drive there is a great selection for you to choose from. They include: Chinese Restaurant and Take-away (with free delivery to villa), Japanese Restaurant and Take-away (with free delivery to villa), TGI Friday's, Italian Restaurant, Outback Diner (great steaks), Subway (great for sandwiches), Dairy Queen (fabulous ice creams), Chemist / Pharmacy, Bank (Sun Trust bank with ATM - Visa and Cirrus withdrawals accepted), Hair salon and tanning centre (you shouldn't need the tanning centre!), 24 Hr supermarket, Camera and Electrical Store, CD and music store, half hour photograph developing, Off-License / Liquor store, Tourist Information, Free parking. If you can't find what you want here you're only yards from Highway 192 that has literally hundreds of stores.
Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
For your convenience we offer a number of payment methods. We accept both UK and US cheques or you can wire/mail payment directly to our bank account in Florida. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card with PayPal in Sterling/Dollars or Euros. Please note this transaction will be subject to a 3% surcharge.
We use PayPal for all of our online transactions. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. It is free to join and easy to use. Many websites use PayPal for their transactions as it is becoming the standard for online purchasing.
No key is required as we use an electronic key entry system for access to the villa. This is great for guests as in the vast majority of villa rentals you'll need to visit an office somewhere in Orlando. As you'll probably be unfamiliar with Orlando this will take time and will waste your valuable holiday time. You will in most cases also be required to return the key before departure. Staying with us is so much simpler and relaxing than many other Florida rentals.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company.
Sorry, no pets allowed.
As with all holidays you should have comprehensive insurance.
There are TV in all bedrooms, X-Box games console with built-in DVD player, DVD and video so that the kids can watch what they want anytime. There are also inflatables for the south easterly facing pool/paddle pool, deck of cards, board games such as Scrabble, and Monopoly etc. Just seconds from the villa is a children's play area.

All towels and linens are provided, including a selection of beach towels for the pool area.
As the pool is south-easterly facing you get the sun most of the day from early morning, even in the winter. This will really make a big difference to your vacation. You can watch the setting sun paint beautiful pictures soothing pinks and purples in the sky in the evening from the large pool area, not to mention watching Epcot's fireworks light-up the night's sky.
We charge just £100/$175 per week. Remember you'll only require heat in the winter months. Please note that it takes between 12 and 24 hours to heat the pool & spa so if requesting it 'on arrival' there will be a delay before the pool & spa is up to temperature. Of course, if requested at time of booking the pool heat will be switched on prior to your arrival.
As a rough guide pool heat is generally recommended between October and May.
Unlike many other villas we provide all these free of charge. Please request at time of booking.
At certain times we do offer reduced rates; please enquire about your preferred dates to see if we can offer you a preferred rate.
We employ a professional property management company. They look after the villa and are also on hand to assist our guests.
We have a PC or you can bring your laptop and connect to our Broadband WiFi connection along with our telephone/fax machine.
We have employed a professional (24 hour/7 days a week) Management Company to look after your every need. They would deal with any issues that arise during your stay. Management Companies does vary dramatically in what they offer, we believe ours is the best in the business - nothing is too much trouble! Details found in the Villa.
As the villa is new it has all the safety features required by state law (and more). They include alarms on the pool doors, child pool safety fence, smoke detectors in all rooms and interior security lighting in case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also supplied for your family's safety, 24 hr monitor alarm system for your complete security and piece of mind. We also provide plastic cups, plates etc to be used in the pool area.
Although there are new phases being built at Indian Creek they are not close to our villa. Construction is complete in the immediate area. Any construction that may occur around the site will be during the day when you are enjoying the parks.
Prices in the US are much cheaper than in the UK. For example petrol is about 90p per gallon and a Big Mac is about 90p. If you want to buy clothes the local Belz Outlet Village is the place. You will not believe the prices on branded goods if you've not visited before.
For keen golfers there are many golf courses close by, the closest is less than 5 minutes walk from the villa the newly opened Mystic Dunes Golf Club the magnificent the newly opened Champions Gate 36 hole golf course designed by Greg Norman. There is also Walt Disney World Resort Courses, where you can tee-off with Mickey and his friends. With Falcon's Fire Golf Club, Diamond Back Golf Club and Kissimmee Oaks, one of Florida's finest Golf Clubs all within easy access of Indian Creek.
The required deposit is £100 / $170 per week. This secures the reservation and is also a deposit against any damages that occur. It is refundable after our management company has inspected the villa.
The villa does have a phone/fax and calls are free local & international. Full instruction is in the villa.
The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
Like any hot climate there do tend to be more insects. However, through our Management Company a pest control company treats the villa regularly. The private pool is also screened so you shouldn't have any problems with bugs during those long lazy evenings.
