The villa is furnished to a very high standard and comfortable with ample space making the property suitable for our guests in wheelchairs without losing any of the elegance of the original design. All external door access are ramped with internal doors widened to accommodate wheelchair user, light switches and power sockets are conveniently located at heights to be equally accessible by both the able bodied as well as disabled guest in their wheelchair. It boasts air-conditioning throughout, with ceiling fans in every room to keep you cool, smoke detectors in all rooms, security safe, emergency exit lighting and a 24 hr monitor alarm system for your complete security and peace of mind.

There are French doors in the living room, master bathroom and nook that lead to a covered lanai which looks out over the lake, and has a fantastic oversize deck screened enclosed custom designed 15' x 30', south-easterly facing with optionally (gas) heated sparkling pool with 4 jet water streams and bubbling spa pool. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and door alarms.

There is a round table with four luxury cushioned chairs and four matching sun-lounges for relaxing by the pool. The covered lanai and pool terrace have ample lighting where you can have a drink and just sit and relax and muse over the memories of a most hectic, but enjoyable day, whilst watching the sun paint beautiful pictures soothing pinks and purples in the sky not to mention watching Epcot's fireworks light-up the nights sky.

It also boasts a twin halogen underwater light with 8 colour wheel that will transform your night time pool environment and for those late night swims at the flip of a switch.
